摘要
教学质量是高等学校求存之基、发展之本 ,教学管理的各项工作必须以提高教学质量为目的。只有通过构建以教学质量为核心的教学管理模式 ,确立教学质量的核心地位 ,转变观念 ,加大投入 ,把质量意识贯穿于教学管理的始终 ,才能克服由于扩招带来的各种不利因素 。
Teaching quality is the foundation of existance and development for institutions of higher learning, so the sole purpose of all teaching managemental work lies in improvement of teaching quality. If colleges and universities only establish a teaching managemental pattern with teaching quality as core,confirm the core standing of teaching quality, change the antiquated mentalities,increase the investment in teaching management, and have quality mentality penetrate the teaching process from beginning to end, we may overcome all sorts of disadvantages brought by the enrolment expansion and, based on stability, sustainedly improve teaching quality.
