摘要
某自来水厂的自来水滤清控制系统是一个由PC微机和PLC组成的集散控制系统,PC与PLC的通信采用基于VB和RS485的串行通信网络。本文介绍了其通信协议、硬件连接及软件设计,实际运行表明,该方法简单、稳定、可靠,可以应用于PC-PLC、PC-IPC、PC-单片机组成的集散控制系统。
The automatic-supply-water filter control system is a central-decentralized control system, consisting of PC computer and PLC. The communication is series communication network based on VB and RS485. This paper introduces the communication protocol, hardware connection, and programming method for PC computer communicating with PLC. It is proved that the method is simple, stable, and dependable by actual work. It is applied to the central-decentralized control system composed of PC-PLC, PC-IPC, and PC-single chip computer.
