摘要
运用柔松手法治疗肩关节周围100例(105肩),以自拟肩关节功能评价标准,对治疗前后患肩功能进行评价比较,结果表明本手法对缓解疼痛和恢复活动功能有显著作用,总有效率达99％,显效率达73％。对20例患者治疗前后皮温、上肢血流图及指端血管容积改变的观察还发现,本法治疗肩关节周围炎,其病情的好转与患肩血供的改善有关。
One hundred cases of shoulder periarthritis (105 shoulders) were treated by gentle and loose maneuvers. The functions of the affected shoulders before and after treatment were evaluated according to the standards for evaluating the shoulder function worked out by the authors, and the results showed that the maneuvers had a significant effect on the pain relief and the the motor-function recovery, the total effective rate was 99% and markedly effective one 73% Through the observation on the changes of skin temperature, upper-limb hem tachogram and finger-tip vascular volumes in 20 cases before and after treatment, it was found that the improvement of shoulder periarthritis by this method is related to the improved blood supply of the affected shoulder.
