摘要
采用自制复位加压固定器经皮穿针,闭合复位治疗膑骨骨折133例。经8～58个月随访,结果优97例,占72.9％;良30例,占22.6％;优良率达95.5％。观察认为用该器械固定具有骨折复位好、能维持有效固定、能早期功能锻炼等优点。疗效的好坏与穿针技术有很大关系。
We treated 133 cases of patella fracture with self-made reducing and compressing fixator. The follow-up of 8-58 months showed excellent resuls in 97 cases(72.9%), good results in 30 cases(22.6%) and an excel- lent-good rate of 95.5%. Through clinical observations it was considered that the fixator has the following advantages: (1) good reduction; (2) maintainance of effective fixation; (3) early functional exercise, etc. Which of a good or poor result can be obtained has great relation to the pinning technique.
