摘要
本文对国家重点煤、电建设基地—大同、平朔的严重缺水状况进行了详细分析,根据山西省的经济发展规划对该地区未来的水量需求进行了预测,指出引黄工程北干线供水工程建设的必要性和紧迫性。同时从技术和经济角度对北干线工程进行了可行性论述,认为该工程技术可行,经济合理,具备兴建条件。
In this paper,the serious water shortage status in Datong and Shuozhou,t he national Key Construction base in coal and power is analyzed in d etail,the prediction on future wate r demand in these area stated above is carried out according to the layout o f economy development in Shanxi Province,the necessity of the water supply project,the north main line,Wanjia zhai YRDP,and the urgent feelings people are showing are pointed out.At t he same time,the writers discussed the feasibility of the north main line pr oject from its aspect in technology a nd in economy,as a result of the discuss,t he writers hold that the north main li ne project is feasible in technology,rational in economy and qualified to be constr ucted.The subject matter of this paper has b een divided into 5parts besides the p reface and summary:Part 1-A very poor area in water resources the North main Line' s water supply area(Daton,etc.)is;Part 2-Even Larger the water de-mand in the north main line' s water supply area in the future;Part 3-outstanding is the contradiction th at the de-mand exceeds the supply in water reso urces in the north main line' s water supply area,the only way out handling of the contradiction is that it has to depend on diverting water from the Yell ow River by the north main line,Wanjiazhai YRDP;Part 4-The feasibility in technology for constructing the north main line;Part5-The feasibility in economy for the Project of the north main line.
