静脉注射免疫球蛋白非敏感型川崎病4例 被引量：9

摘要 目的　分析静脉注射免疫球蛋白 (IVIG)非敏感型川崎病的特点及评估小剂量糖皮质激素治疗效果。方法　结合文献 ,对 4例IVIG非敏感型川崎病进行临床分析 ,在原治疗基础上加用小剂量地塞米松 ,观察疗效。结果　IVIG治疗不敏感的 4例川崎病患儿 ,加用地塞米松静注后 48h内均退热 ,预后满意。结论　对于IVIG非敏感型川崎病 ,在排除感染和抗凝治疗前提下 。
