摘要
目的与方法 :本文对 96例经手术病理证实的各类甲状腺肿块的超声图像特征、边界以及肿瘤内及肿瘤周边血供的观察。结果与结论 :表明甲状腺肿块的高频超声图像在良、恶性肿物之间具有明显差异 ,不同病理类型的良性肿物其声像图表现复杂多样 。
Objective and methods: We analyzed the ultrasonic features?boundary & blood supply & cervical lymph nodes & pathology. The results showed that there's notable difference between thyroid cancers & those benign lesions in high frequency ultrasonographic imaging. Results and conclusions: The ultrasonographic imaging is complicated difference in those benign lesions of difference pathology type. The high frequency ultrasonographic have more high diagnostic accurate rate.
