摘要
目的 :建立大胺甘草合剂的含量测定方法。方法 :采用永停滴定法。结果 :方法的平均回收率为10 0 0 % ,RSD为 0 2 6%。结论 :该法简便、准确。
Objective: To establish a quantitative analysis method of sulfadiazine licorice root mixture.Methods: Dead stop titration was used.Results: The average recovery of the method was 100%.RDS was 0 26%.Conclusion: The method was simple,accurate and reproducible.
