摘要
一个时期以来,在中医临床工作中存在着这样一种现象:有些医生开方大而杂,忽略法度;用药多而重,有欠精纯。本来几味药可以治好的病,也要开上十多味药,有的竟至数十味之多,尤其在剂量上往往超过了一般用量的范围。这种大杂之方,不仅影响了中医学术水平和医疗质量的提高,而且造成了药物和医疗资金的严重浪费。
Nowadays there is such a tendency in TCM world as to neglect the formula rules and use large dosage and many ingredients to cure diseases. With sixty-old years of experiences in teaching and practising the author not only advocates the rules in making formulae and the application of minor prescription but elaboraues their points for attention and improv- ing methods as well to help younger TCM doctors enhance the theoretic- al study of TCM,Only in this way,medical security can be expected.
