摘要
科技创新需要良好的法律环境。目前 ,制定科技创新基本法 ,加大科技创新相关法律的创制与修订力度 ,建立健全政府引导和扶持科技创新的法律环境 。
Scientific & technological innovation is in need of a sound legal environment. At present, the important measures aimed at perfecting the legal environment in the field of scientific & technological innovation are composed of formulating the basic law regarding the scientific & technological innovation, promoting the formulation and amendment in the field of law concerned, and establishing and perfecting the legal environment in which the government guides and supports the scientific & technological innovation.
