摘要
分析了制约继电保护整定计算及管理软件推广应用的主要原因。从继电保护整定计算所涉及的数据、内容和过程出发,研究了继电保护整定计算的数据表示、数据处理、定值计算方法等的通用性问题及实现方法;探讨了实用化的继电保护整定计算程序应该涉及的范围、必须具备的功能等;提出了继电保护整定计算支持平台的概念;开发了一个通用和实用的继电保护整定计算及管理系统,并介绍了该系统的总体结构及主要模块的功能和特点。
The main reasons restricting the wider application of protection setting calculation and management software are analyzed.Considering the relevant data,content and process of protection setting calculation,theuniversality and implementation method of data presentation,data processing and setting calculation arestudied.The concerned scope and necessary functions of a practical and universal protection setting calculationprogram are discussed.The idea of software platform for protection setting calculation and management is proposed and a universal and practical protection setting calculation and management system is developed.Its general structure and main function modules are introduced.
