摘要
提出了 10 k V配电网改用中性点经电阻接地方式后 ,在避雷器选择、配置。
Technical discussion on selection, configuration and application of surge arresters in 10 kV distribution network, which is changed from the neutral-point isolating mode to the resistance grounding system, is given.
