摘要
分析脂肪代谢的全过程 ,认为肉碱是脂肪酸 β氧化的底物 ,长链脂肪转运进入线粒体的载体 。
Through a detailed analysis of the whole process of fat metabolism,this article presents that carnitine is the substrate of fat acid β oxidation and the carrier of long chain fat acid entering mitochondrion. It further discusses that carnitine is significant for dieting and sports competence.
