摘要
为了从根本上解决瓦斯爆炸的危害 ,提出了一种防治瓦斯爆炸的新方法 ,即绝热氧化法。该项技术的基本原理是 :将接近爆炸浓度的含瓦斯气体稀释至爆炸浓度以下 ,再通过负压转移系统送入瓦斯绝热氧化净化系统 ,并对残余气体进行二次处理 ,使瓦斯气体中的 CH4 氧化成无爆炸危险的 CO2 和 H2 O。实验是在 CH4 ≤ 5 %的条件下进行的。
In order to control gas disaster fundamentally, a new method of the preventing and treating of gas explosion-adiabatic oxygenation was put forward. The basic principle of this method is to dilute the gas with a concentration of close-to-explcosion to below the explosive concentration, and send it into the gas-adiabatic-oxygenation-purifying-system through negative transferring system, and then re-treat the remnant gas, changing the CH 4 in gas into CO 2 and H 2O by oxygenation.The experiment is conducted under the conditions of CH 4≤5% with self-designed sealed gas-adiabatic-oxygenation-purifying equipment.
