摘要
论述了热膜式空气质量流量计的基本工作原理 ,通过对传感器单元的传热分析设计了一种温差式热膜空气质量流量传感器 ,试验结果表明 。
This paper discusses the fundamental principle of the hot-film air mass meter and analyzes the transfer of the sensor element,and a temperature-difference type hot-film air mass sensor was designed.The experimental result shows that the calculated datums are in good agreement with the test datums.
