摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法 ,对我国足球职业化改革 8年来的学校业余训练工作进行较为全面的概括与总结 ,阐明我国目前学校足球业余训练工作的现状和存在问题 ,通过分析产生原因 ,提出了若干改革的发展对策 :切实把学校足球工作放在培养足球后备人才的首位 ;深化“体教结合”的办训模式 ;
By the method of literature and interviewing experts,the paper makes a comprehensive summary of amateur training in schools over eight years since the reform of professional football in China,and expounds the current situations and existing problems in football amateur training.Based on the analysis of the reasons,the paper further puts forward some suggestions concerning reform and development:i.e.giving first priority to the job of football in schools in the respect of cultivation of football reserve talented persons,deepening the administrative pattern of combining physical department with educational department,as well as regulating the interests of all sides of football amateur training in schools.
