摘要
本文针对目前中国关于学术规范和学术腐败的讨论,评介西方（主要是美国）学术规范实施和学术批评的技术问题。本文指出,加强学术规范目前最迫切是编辑一本中国学术界通用学术手册,同时讨论了学术论著的注释中所存在的问题以及西方通行的标准,还比较了中西方在学术刊物的操作上的不同之处。作者希望这些评价或许对中国同行有所启发。
Aiming at the discussion of academic standard and plagiarism in China, this article introduces some conventional practices of academic writings in the United States. The author points out that one of the most urgent measures Chinese scholars should make is to compile a manual for academic community like The Chicago Manual. The article explains the general practices of encouraging creative studies and academic criticism in the West. The author wishes the information to be helpful for his Chinese colleagues.
