摘要
]本文针对公安学研究中存在偏离中国公安实际的问题,论述了公安学与中国公安事业的紧密依存关系;中国公安事业的社会主义特色、管理体制、国际地位和20世纪90年代中期以来,以新的独特方式,为国际公安事业的发展做出的巨大贡献。明确提出公安学研究的要旨是立足中国公安发展实际,与时俱进,建设独具中国特色的中国公安学。
The study of public security science is not based on the reality of Chinese public security. This paper discusses the relationship between public security science and public security cause; the socialist characteristics, administrative system, international standing of Chinese public security cause and it抯 great contribution to international public security cause from the mid 1990抯,using new unique way. The author puts forward that the main idea of the study of public security is to be based on the developing reality of Chinese public security, to develop with the times and to establish Chinese public security science with our own characteristics.
