摘要
WTO具有完备的法律框架体系 ,司法审查就是其中一项很重要的制度。我国加入WTO以后 ,国内的行政诉讼制度受到WTO规则的挑战 ,WTO规则对行政诉讼制度有严格要求 ,检讨我国现行行政诉讼制度存在的问题 ,完善我国行政诉讼制度是我们的当务之急。
WTO possesses a complete system of law framework,in which judicial review is a quite important system.After the accession to WTO,the administrative litigation system of China has been challenged by the regulations of WTO.The article is mainly devoted to analyzing the requirements of WTO imposed on the administrative litigation system, reviewing the problems existing in the current administrative litigation system of China,and advancing advices concerning the perfection of the administrative litigation system of China.
