摘要
介绍和分析了铁水预处理、转炉炼钢和二次精炼、连铸生产等管线钢生产工序的脱硫、脱磷、脱碳等技术 ,强调了稀土对脱氧和控制钢中夹杂的作用。该工艺冶炼出的成品管线钢的磷、硫、碳、氧、氮、氢总含量小于 92× 10 -6。
The technology of desulphurization, dephosphorization and decarburization in metal pretreatment, LD steelmaking, Secondary refining and continuous casting process for steel for pipe is presented and analyzed in this paper, emphasizing on the effect of rare earth metal on deoxidation and modification of inclusion in steel. The total content of phosphorus, sulphur, carbon, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in finished steel for pipe using this process is less than 92×10 -6 .
