摘要
通过超低碳钢渗碳的理论解析和实验测定 ,研究连铸保护渣对超低碳钢铸坯表面渗碳的影响。在稳态浇注条件下 ,超低碳钢铸坯表面渗碳量和渗碳深度很小 ;在非稳态浇注时期 ,超低碳钢铸坯表面渗碳量和渗碳深度很大。保护渣中含石墨的连铸坯表面渗碳量和渗碳深度最大 ,碳黑次之 。
Based on theoretical and experimental measureme nt of ultra-low-carbon (ULC) steel carbonization, the effect of concasting mould shielded fluxes on billet surface carbonization of the ULC steel has been studied. It was obtained that at normally stabilized concasting condition, the carburized amount and depth of concasting billet surface of ULC steel were not appreciable; and they were appreciable at abnormal concasting condition. With containing graphite in shielded flux, the carburized amount and depth of concasting billet surface were largest, with containing carbon black, took the next, and with containing active carbon, they were the least.
