摘要
通过对地产泡沫产生原因及表现特征的分析 ,设计了地产泡沫预警指标体系 ;以日本为例 ,探讨了地产泡沫预警的方法和思路。
It is necessary and feasible to establish an early-warning system for land bubble.Based on the analysis of causes and characters of land bubble,the author designed the early warning index system and discussed the methods of early warningforland bubble which are tested by the data of Japan.
