摘要
目的 :了解评价国产他唑巴坦 /派拉西林 (TAZ/ PIPC)与进口 TAZ/ PIPC以及其它常用抗菌药物的体外抗菌活性 ,为临床感染性疾病治疗用药提供实验依据。方法 :利用药物倍比稀释和 Vitek- 32 Ams全自动微生物分析仪进行药敏试验。结果 :TAZ/ PIPC对革兰阳球菌和革兰阴性杆菌的敏感率较高。结论 :国产 TAZ/ PIPC在体外抗菌活性较高 ,与进口TAZ/ PIPC抗菌活性相似 ,普遍适用于革兰阳性球菌和阴性杆菌。
Objective:Evaluation of the in vitro antibacterial effect of national TAZ/PIPC,imported TAZ/PIPC and other antibacterial agents in common use,that provides laboratory basis for clinical infected disease.Method:Drug susceptibility test was conducted by microdilution MIC and Vitek-32 Ams automatic microbiology analyser.Results:TAZ/PIPC has higher sensitivity for gram positive coccus and gram negative bacillus.Conclusion:National TAZ/PIPC has higher in vitro antibacterial effect similar to imported one,that is suitable for gram positive coccus and gram negative bacillus generally.
