孕期母体血钙变化及544例孕妇血钙分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 分析孕期妇女血钙水平的变化及对孕妇和胎儿的影响。方法 测定不同孕期妇女的血钙值 ,并随访至分娩 ,分析不同血钙水平孕妇的妊娠结局。结果 早孕期母体血钙水平即有下降 ,中孕期下降明显 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,并维持于低水平至分娩 ,导致低血钙孕妇妊高征发生率高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 孕期母体血钙水平下降 ,为提高围生期安全 ,减少母婴并发症 。 Purpose. To study change of maternal serum calcium level during pregnancy and different calcium level effecting on pregnant women and neonates. Methods. We detected maternal serum calcium in different phases of pregnancy, and analyzed the outcomes of pregnant women and neonates. Results. Meternal calcium level lowed in early pregnancy, it lowed significantly in second trimester (P < 0. 001) and maintained at a low level to term. The incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) was high in low calcium level group (P < 0. 001). Conclusions. Maternal serum calcium level lows during pregnancy. In order to reduce the incidence of PIH, calcium supplementation should be emphasized.
