摘要
针对天津市宁河县水产良种试验场内地下冷热水中Mg2 + /Ca2 + 值 ,即R值对中华绒螯蟹大眼幼体育成Ⅲ期仔蟹的影响进行了初步研究 ,以期找出适宜仔蟹生长发育的R值范围 ,为开发利用冷热地下水进行温棚培育仔蟹提供依据。结果表明 :R值是影响大眼幼体育成Ⅲ期仔蟹成活率的重要因素 ,R值的适宜范围为 3～ 4 ,此时大眼幼体育成Ⅲ期仔蟹的成活率平均达 4 6 7% ;R值还影响大眼幼体到各期仔蟹的变态周期 ,R值为 3时 ,仔蟹变态周期最短。
The effects of the proportion of ion Mg 2+ and Ca 2+ ,which is called 'R' on survival rate of Eriocheir Sinensis from the megalopa to the Ⅲ juvenile,were studied in this article.The results showed that the condign 'R' can raise survival rate of Eriocheir Sinensis from the megalopa to the Ⅲ juvenile,on condition of the experiment,'R' is ranging from 3 to 4,better survival rate can be get in this range,which reach more than 46 7%.
