摘要
6只 8月龄小尾寒羊公羊 (平均体重为 2 9.98kg) ,安装永久性瘤胃瘘管。采用对比试验设计 ,分 15 0g d、2 5 0g d、35 0g d、45 0g d四个混合精料水平 ,玉米秸自由采食。采用铬标记法测定饲料瘤胃流通量 ,采用尼龙袋法测定饲料瘤胃降解率。试验结果表明 :玉米秸、玉米面、麸皮和棉仁粕的营养物质瘤胃有效降解率与精料水平之间以及饲料瘤胃流通速度 (k)与精料水平之间均存在二次函数关系。饲料k值均在日喂 2 5 0g精料时最大 ,之后又随精料水平的提高而下降。所测饲料营养成分瘤胃有效降解率在 35 0~ 45 0g精料水平之间最高 ,个别饲料营养成分瘤胃有效降解率在 2 5 0~ 35 0g精料水平之间达最大值。因此 ,为提高秸秆利用率及日粮的合理利用 ,以精料添加量不大于 35 0g为宜。
Six eight-month old little tail type Han rams with average live weight of 29.98 kg were fitted with permanent ruminal fistulae at least one month before experiment. The experimental diets are composed of mixed concentrate and chopped corn stalk. Mixed concentrate was supplied at 150g/d, 250g/d, 350g/d and 450g/d in each of four experimental periods respectively. Corn stalk was fed ad libitum. The results indicated that: A quadratic relationship existed between rumen outflow rate of measured feedstuff and concentrate level. The relation between degradability in sacco and concentrate level was also square logistic function. Rumen outflow rate of measured feedstuff reached highest point at 250g/d concentrate level. And most ruminal degradability of feed were highest between 350g/d and 450g/d concentrate level, while others between 250g/d and 350g/d concentrate level. So in order to increase feed efficiency, concentrate supplementing level is not more than 350g/d.
