摘要
目的 研究p73基因在卵巢癌与癌旁正常组织中表达水平及其意义。方法 采用竞争性定量RT -PCR方法检测 38例卵巢癌及其癌旁正常组织中p73基因表达水平。结果 通过定量RT -PCR分析 ,发现卵巢癌组织中p73基因的表达水平比正常对照组织中平均高出 5倍 ,表达量存在显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 p73基因的高表达与卵巢癌的发生发展有密切关系。
Objective: To investigate p73 gene expression level in ovarian cancer and normal tissue. Methods: Quantitative RT-PCR was used to investigate p73 expression level in 38 ovarian cancer samples and corresponding normal tissue. Result: p73 expression levels in cancer tissue are markedly increased (P<0 01) Conclusion: The increased expression level of p73 is associated with ovarian cancer development.
