摘要 目的 分析动脉顺应性 C1和 C2 在正常健康人中的表现 ,并评估参数重复的可靠性。方法 采用动脉脉搏波形分析仪 CR2 0 0 0 ,测定和分析桡动脉脉搏波形 ,同时测量肱动脉血压 ,得出动脉弹性指数 C1和 C2 ,并在健康人中进行参数的重复性研究。结果 女性的动脉弹性指数 C1比男性的低 ( P<0 .0 1 )。动脉弹性指数 C2 在男女性之间无明显差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。老年人有比年轻人更低的动脉弹性指数。随收缩压的升高 ,动脉弹性指数降低。有原发性高血压家族史者动脉弹性指数 C2 较无家族史者低。在重复性检验中 ,不同测量值之间有很好的相关性。结论 研究动脉弹性功能 C1、C2 ,CR2 0 0 0是一方便和可靠的仪器。 C1、C2 与年龄和收缩压呈负相关。C2 Objective To analyse the difference of indexes of arterial compliance (C 1 and C 2)obtained from the healthy subjects and to evaluate the reproducibility of these indexes.Methods Using a computer-based device CR2000,we analysed radial arterial pulse wave and the blood pressure in 198 healthy subjects.Repeated data were also obtained from those subjects.Results C 1 is significantly different between the men and women.The latter has lower values.C 1 and C 2 are reduced with increasing age in both sexes.Both indexes and declining with the increasing SBP C 2 in subjects whose parents had hypertension is lower than in people whose parents didn't have hypertension.In repeatability study,there is a perfect correlation among the several different measures.Conclusions CR2000 is a convenient and reliable device to noninvasively evaluate arterial compliance,such as C 1 and C 2 C 1 and C 2 are negatively related with age and SBP.Reduced C 2 might be a better marker of early stage of vascular disease.
