摘要
分析了美国政府在PKI(PublicKeyInfrastructure)行动中所取得的进展 ,阐述了在电子政务中推广PKI技术将面临的种种困难 ,并由此对PKI技术在我国电子政务中的应用发表了一些看法和建议。
This paper analyses advances to adoption of PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)technology that has been gained by American government. We introduce challenges and difficulties that the government faces in adopting this new technology. Based on these advances and challenges, we put forward our suggestion on applying PKI technology in Chinese Electronic Government.
