摘要
[目的 ]评估涤纶生产中长期低浓度混合接触对苯二甲酸、乙二醇、联苯 联苯醚对作业工人的健康危害。[方法 ]对某涤纶厂 984名职业接触工人和同地区 489名不接触毒物人群的定期体检资料进行流行病学调查。 [结果 ]接触组消化、呼吸系统疾病患病率分别为 2 4 2 1%、1 83 % ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1及P <0 0 5 )。消化系统疾病患病率 (尤其是肝脏疾病 ,胆囊疾病 )以及肾脏疾病随着工龄的增加而增高 ,且较明显高于对照组 ,各车间之间存在差别。 [结论 ]长期低剂量接触对苯二甲酸、乙二醇、联苯 联苯醚可能对作业工人肝脏、胆囊、肾脏等有慢性损害 。
To investigate the health effects on the workers with long term exposure to low level terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and Dowtherm A. A cross section study was carried out,984 workers exposed to terephthalic acid,ethylene glycol and Dowtherm A served as exposure groups,and 480 controls were selected based on age and sex. The prevalence rates of diseases in respiratory system and digestive system were significantly higher in the exposure group than those in the controls,mainly diseases of liver,gallbladder and kidney,which had great difference among various workplaces. The prevalence of digestive diseases was tending to increase with advancing of exposure time. [Conclusion] Low level exposure to terephthalic acid,ethylene glycol and Dowtherm A could induce chronic harmful effect on liver,gallbladder and kidney of working populations. Maybe there were joint actions of these compounds.
