摘要
目的;观察灵广俐（依那普利）对老年高血压患者肾功能的影响。方法:38例老年原发性高血压病患者,给予口服灵广俐（马来酸依那普利）5mg/d～15mg/d,分1次～2次口服,治疗8周～10周。观察治疗前后血压、24h尿蛋白、内生肌酐清除率、血尿素氮、血肌酐的变化。结果:经8周～10周的治疗,内生肌酐清除率增加,血肌酐、尿素氮及24h尿蛋白降低（P<0.05）。结论:灵广俐能有效降低血压,改善肾功能,副作用少,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Enalapril on treatment of renal function with essential hypertension's patients. Method Thirty-eight elderly essential hypertension were treated orally with Enalapril 5-15mg qd or bid for eight- ten weeks, then blood pressure and Urine protein of twenty-four hour, glomerular filtration rate, blood wrea nitrogen, blood creatinine were measured before and after administration. Results Eralapail can effectly decrease Bp and improve renal function. The treatment was safe and no side effects were found. Conclusion Enalapail not only decrease blood pressure but also shows beneficial effect on renal function.
