摘要
为了解住院脑器质性精神障碍病人的苯二氮(艹卓)类药物(BZD)使用情况,作者按自制的药物使用调查表调查243例病人。结果,146例(60.1％)病人使用了BZD,其中7例单独使用,32例用于癫痫性精神障碍病例,139例与其它精神药物合用,58例用药超过2个月。提示,临床并用BZD并非完全必要。
Authors had investigated 243 admitted patients with cerebral organic psychonosema with self-made drug use investigation scale to understand using condition of benzodiazepine (BZD). Result One hundred and forty-six patients (60. 1%) used BZD, among them,7 singly did, 139 did combining with other psychoactive drug; using time of 28 was more than 2 months. these suggested that clinical combination of BZD was not absolutely necessary.
