摘要
为促进精神分裂症患者的早日康复,以及发展新的康复措施,探讨家庭干预措施对精神分裂症患者社会功能康复的作用,本文对开放式病房精神分裂症住院患者与封闭式病房精神分裂症住院患者的病情恢复时间及再次住院率做比较。结果显示,开放式病房住院日明显低于封闭式病房(P<0.01),首次在开放式病房住院精神分裂症患者的再次住院率明显低于封闭式病房(P<0.01)。提示,家庭式病房是精神病人康复的理想病房。
The recovery time and readmitted rate were compared between admitted schizophrenics in open and closed wards to promote earlier rehabilitation,develop new rehabilitating measures,and study the action of family's intervention on social function rehabilitation. Results Inpatient's days in open ward were obviously lower than in closed ward (P<0. 01). The readmitted rate of atient who was first admited in open ward was significantly lower than that in closed ward(P<0. 01),These suggest that family-form ward is ideal for rehabiltation of the patients.
