血管成形术后再狭窄与炎症

摘要 随着血管成形术的广泛开展,血管再狭窄一直是影响其长期疗效的主要原因。迄今为止,形成血管再狭窄的机制仍不清楚。就炎症反应在血管再狭窄过程中的作用以及抗炎药物防治血管再狭窄的疗效进行综述。
