摘要
选用 8个亲本 ,组配成 2 8个双列杂交组合 ,研究了普通小麦节间长和茎粗的遗传模型。结果表明 ,倒一节间长为加性—上位性模型遗传 ,倒二和基部第一、三节间长为加性—显性—上位性模型遗传 ;基部第二节间长和所有茎粗性状为加性—显性模型遗传 ,显性程度分别为部分显性或部分到完全显性。最后 ,根据各性状的遗传模型和基因在亲本中的分布 。
The field test with 28 diallel crosses involving 8 parents in 1999-2000 showed that the inheritance of top 1 st internode length fit additive epistasis model,the inheritance of top 2nd and basal 1 st and 3rd internode length fit additive dominance epistasis model,the inheritance of basal 2nd internode length and all stem diameter characters fit additive dominance model.Dominance degrees were partial dominance or partial to complete dominance.Selecting of stem characters in offspring and the parents selection in cross were discussed,according to the genetic model and gene distribution in parents.
