摘要 利用制备的甲壳胺的糖单元上碳 2位和碳 6位上的硒化反应制备了硒化甲壳胺 ,并对其结构进行了表征 .动物实验结果表明 ,硒化甲壳胺小白鼠的半数致死量 (LD50 )比起文献报道的亚硒酸钠明显低 .抗癌实验结果表明 ,硒化甲壳胺对癌细胞有明显的抑制作用 .本实验结果对开发毒性小的具有抗癌特性的补硒剂和食品强化剂有实际意义 . This paper described the toxicology and anti tumor activities of self made seleno chitosan on rats. The selected animal samples are white rats with the average weight 21?g. After two weeks observation, the LD 50 is in the range of 19.2~38.4?mg/kg, which is large than that of selenous acid (9.1~11.9?mg/kg). The results indicated that seleno chitosan might be used as less toxic selenium complements for selenium deficiency. Both chitosan and seleno chitosan have antitumor activities if the compounds take in before the cancer cell is transplanted into the rats. Seleno chitosan has higher anti tumor activities than chitosan and the bioactivity is related to the amount of selenium in the seleno chitosan.
