摘要
随着苏联的解体 ,独立后的俄罗斯走上了私有化的道路。在将近十年的私有化改革过程中 ,俄罗斯取得了一定的成绩 ,也存在着严重的问题 ,就改革者最初设想的结果而言 。
After the Soviet collapse, independent Russia was marching on a road of privatization. Russia has made a certain progress in the course of ten-year reform while encountering serious difficulties. In the light of what the reformers designed iniatially, their privatization is unsuccessful. This article will make a brief comment upon achievements and effects of the privatization, then a theoretical analysis of its failure in political and economic aspects, in the hope of drawing lessons from Russia's experience for the economic system reform of our country.
