摘要
本文利用60 Coγ射线辐照处理茶叶 ,研究了辐照剂量对杀菌效果和茶叶品质的影响。结果表明 ,杀菌效果随辐照剂量的增加而显著 ;在色泽变化方面 ,辐照剂量对高档茶较显著 ,对中、低档茶无显著差异。
Gamma irradiation is applied on the tea in this paper to study the effect of the irradiation dose on the sterilization and quality chang of the tea. The results indicated that sterilization effects increase when irradiation dose is raised, and the color chang of high rank tea is more affected by irradiation does than low rank tea.
