摘要
埃及伊蚊ref^m株和repRR株分别经胸内接种微丝蚴或TC199后,观察蚊血淋巴中酚氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明,不同接种处理的两株蚊在处理后第1天血淋巴酚氧化酶活性均显著提高,第2天后逐渐恢复至正常水平。但不同龄的同株蚊之间,同龄的不同株蚊之间,酶活性变化水平差异明显,接种处理后第1天酶活性升幅前者为1.74~1.91和4.87~5.27倍,后者为1.74~1.91和3.66~4.38倍。
The observations were carried out on the change in activity of hemolymph phenolox-idase from both refm and repRR strains of female Aedes aegypti previously inoculated with Brugia pahangi microfilariae and TC199 or TC199 only. In the experiment, both strains of mosquitoes showed increase in phenoloxidase activity on the day 1 post-inoculation Whether they were inoculated with microfilariae and TCigg or TCigg only. Afterwards, the activity decreased and restored to the level similar to the control mosquitoes. On the other hand, the extent of increased activity varied with strain and age of mosquitoes when inoculated. 1.74~1.91 times, 4.87~5.27 times and 3.66~4.38 times increases in activity of phenoloxidase were observed for the groups of refm strain mosquitoes aged 0~1 day, refm strain mosquitoes aged 4~5 days and repRR strain mosquitoes aged 0~1 day respectively. The phenonmena observed in the experiment are discussed in the paper as well.
