摘要
目的 观察 β受体阻滞剂对扩张型心肌病 (DCM)病人生活质量的影响。 方法 42例DCM病人随机分为A、B两组 ,B组在A组常规强心、利尿、扩血管治疗的基础上 ,加用 β受体阻滞剂。分别于治疗 2个月、6个月观察临床症状、运动耐量、血流动力学变化情况。结果 B组随着时间的延长 ,各项观察指标均有持续性改善 ,生活质量有明显提高。
Objective To observe the effect of β receptor blocking agent on life quality in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods Forty two patients with DCM were divided into two groups.Cases in group A were treated with traditional method such as cadiotonic,diuretic and vessel dilator.The β receptor blocking agent was added in group B.The hemodynamics,exercise endurance and clinical symptoms were observed after two months and six months treatment.Results All items became better singnificanty and life quality raised obviously in group B after 6 months treatment.Conclusion The β receptor blocking agent can raise the life quality in patients with DCM.
