摘要
提出了一种曲轴轴系扭振和纵振的弹性连续体计算方法 ,并以一台直列 6缸柴油机曲轴为例 ,建立了扭振和纵振的连续分布系统模型。采用该模型计算了扭振和纵振的固有频率和振型。通过与离散模型的计算结果和试验测试数据的比较 ,证明该计算模型比离散模型的计算精度高 ,使用便捷。其应用前景良好。
This paper presents an analytical method that can calculate the natural properties of torsional and longitudinal vibration of an engine crankshaft in continuous mass system.Taking a six-cylinder diesel engine as an example,a continuous mass model of the crankshaft is set up.According to the analytical method of the continuous mass system,the natural frequencies and models of the longitudinal and torsional vibrations are calculated.Compared with the measured results and the calculation results on the discrete mass system,the calculation results on the continuous mass model are verified to be of higher precision.
