摘要
通过一铝合金型腔的加工 ,介绍了用Mastercam软件进行加工程序编制的方法 ,通过对实例加工工艺的分析及Mastercam的具体操作 ,表明用Mastercam在加工中心编程时 ,在减少编程工作量、防止错误发生的同时 ,还能降低生产成本 ,提高生产效率 .
The method to use Mastercam software to program is introduced by an example of machining an Al alloy model. Based on the analysis of machining process and the programing techniques of Mastercam,it is proved that the amount of programing is reduced,the mistakes is avoided,the operating costs are decreased,as well as production efficiency is increased.
