摘要
以木素磺酸钠 (木钠 ,SL)为原料 ,通过预氧化、接枝共聚和螯合反应制备了无磷绿色缓蚀阻垢剂GCL2。红外吸收光谱分析证实GCL2分子中引入了羧基。通过性能评价发现 ,GCL2具有良好的缓蚀阻垢性能。 50mg/LGCL2对碳酸钙的静态阻垢率为 45 .2 % ,同时对碳酸钙有很强的分散作用 ;50mg/LGCL2对碳钢的缓蚀率为 99.1 % ,而在相同条件下 50mg/L羟基乙叉二膦酸 (HEDP)与硫酸锌复配体系对碳钢的缓蚀率为 95 .3 %。
A green corrosion and scale inhibitor GCL2 without phosphorus was prepared from sodium lignosulfonate by pre oxidation, graft copolymerization and chelation. IR absorption spectrum shows that carboxyl has been introduced into GCL2.GCL2 was found to have a good efficiency of inhibiting corrosion and scale in cooling water. Its static scale inhibition ratio to calcium carbonate reaches 45.2%, at a concentration of 50 mg/L. GCL2 has good dispersion to calcium carbonate. Its corrosion inhibition ratio to carbon steel reaches 99.1%. In the same condition, the corrosion inhibition ratio of 1-hydroxy ethylene-1,1-diphosphonic acid (HEDP) and zinc sulfate is only 95.3%.
