摘要
信息时代,科学技术的飞速发展给女性馆员带来了发展契机,更新了观念,使得她们的信息意识、竞争意识、主体意识增强,并为她们的发展提供了优越的条件。同时,也向女性馆员提出了严峻的挑战,面对挑战,女性馆员的自身素质的提高显得尤为重要。
With the rapid growth o f the science a nd technology,female librarians are faced with a new turning po int in the information times:they have changed their concepts;and their consci ousness of information,con-sciousness of competition and consc iousness of sub ject have greatly been increased.On the other hand,female librarians are also faced with the fi erce competition too.Therefore,it is very important to impro ve the quality of female librarians.
