摘要
在图书经费有限的条件下,为最大限度地满足高校师生对图书资料的需要,其重要途径就是图书采购的制度创新。通过制度创新,引导高校师生参与图书采购工作,使所购置的图书资料更好地满足教学科研的需要,以提高图书经费的使用效益。
The innovation in the syst em of book-purchase is an important channel to f arthest satisfy the re-quireme nt of the teachers and studen ts in universities under the conditi on of the lim ited outlay in purchasin g books.It is highly necessary to lead the tea chers a nd students to enlisting the b ooks and making the best use of the lim ited outl ay in purchasing books,through the innovations in the system.
