药物对神经生长因子基因表达的调控及其作用机理
摘要
神经生长因子对中枢神经系统的保护作用已被广泛证实,但是由于不能透过血脑屏障因而在给药方法和疗效上有一定的局限性,研究发现一些激素、维生素和神经递质等能够不同程度地增加内源性神经生长因子表达,有助于克服上述局限。以β2-受体激动剂克仑特罗(clenbuterol)为重点介绍了这些药物对神经生长因子基因表达调节作用和机理。
