电沉积MnO_2工艺因素对PbO_2-Ti/MnO_2电极性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 文中研究了电沉积MnO_2工艺条件及热处理对PbO_2-Ti/MnO_2电极电催化析氧性能及寿命的影响。实验结果表明,低电流密度(0.01~0.06A/dm^2)下电沉积MnO_2得到的电极的电催化性能好、寿命长。热处理能改善电极的电催化性能,并能大大延长电极的寿命。电沉积MnO_2动力学研究、电极表面MnO_2显微组织分析、断面PbO_2与MnO_2结合状态的研究,均阐明了这种影响的微观实质。 The electrode made by electrodepositing manganese dioxide on PbO_2-Ti at low current density (0. 01~0. 06 A/dm^2) shows good catalytic activity for OER (oxygen evolution reaction) and longer lifetime. The catalytic activity can be hoproved and lifetime can be greatly prolonged by heat treatment of the electrode. The essence of this effect has been interpreted by the study of the kinetics of electrode- positing manganese dioxide, the microstructure of the layer of manganese dioxide and the interface be- tween the oxides of lead and manganese.
