摘要
在武器系统效能评估中 ,武器系统的战技指标 ,是评估武器系统效能的重要因素。本文利用层次分析法和矩阵摄动方法 ,对武器系统的战技指标进行分析 ,建立了武器系统效能能力指数模型 ,并把可靠性和维修性应用于效能计算之中。
The tactical and technical indexes for weapon systems are important factors on evaluating their effectiveness.In this paper,the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process and the method of matrix disturbance are used to establish the capability matrix models.Weapon systems' reliability and maintainability are studied and used to calculate the availability matrix.Finally,the whole weapon systems' effectiveness models are established.
