摘要
目的:建立萘哌地尔片含量测定的HPLC法。方法:采用Hypersil C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-甲醇-0.02mol·L^(-1)醋酸钠缓冲液(45:5:22)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长为232nm,柱温为室温,进样体积为20μL。结果:线性范围为2.0~20.0μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999,n=5);高、中。低3种不同浓度的平均回收率范围为100.2%~100.4%,RSD为0.26%~0.46%;精密度为0.32%(n=5)。结论:本法快速、准确、专属性高,适于萘哌地尔片的含量测定。
Objective: To develop a HPLC method for the determination of naftopidil in tablets. Methods: The
determination was performed on a Hypersil C18column (4. 6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile - methanol -0. 02 mol · L-1 acetate buffer ( 45: 5: 22) at ambient temperature. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL · min-1 . The detection was made at 232 nm. The injection volume was 20 μL. Results: The method offered good linearity from 2.0 to 20.0μg· mL-1 (r =0.999 9, n = 5 ). The average recovery was from 100. 2% to 100. 4% for three different levels of the added amount of naftopidil. The precision of the method was 0.32% (n = 5). Conclusion: The developed HPLC method was rapid, accurate and specific, and could be used for the determination of naftopidil in tablets.
