摘要
应用快速检测试纸和琼脂扩散法(AGP)对雏鸡母源抗体消长规律及IBD高免卵黄进行了检测。结果表明,试纸法与琼扩法对雏鸡IBD母源抗体消长规律的检测结果基本一致,但前者的检出率比后者高。对高免卵黄抗体的检测结果表明两种方法具有极显著的直线相关关系,r=0.898。试纸法检测IBD母源抗体与其它方法比较,具有灵敏、特异、快速、简便等优点,为IBD母源抗体的快速检测提供了一种新的方法。
The maternal antibody against IBDV of day-old chick and eggs from highly immuned layers were de-tected by IBD strips and AGP.The result indicated that the level detected by the IBD strips was similiar to that de-tected by AGP,but the strips method was more sensitive than AGP.Two methods have a significant straight line corre-lation in the detection of the egg yolk antibodies,and the coefficient of correlation(r)was0.898.Compared with other methods,IBD strips had more aduantages of sensitivity,specificity,celerity and briefness,and it provided a new method for the quick detection of IBD maternal antibody.
